Where do I find the fuel injector cold start valve?

sam, valve referring called i.a.c. valve i.a.c. stands foe idle air control valve. located on car @ air horn on air intake manifold. take car pontiac dealer. install valve , check out entire starting system, on cold morning. if part in replaced, there no reason have plug in engine, reason, unless live in messina, ny..or iron mountian michigan, in these towns have put prestone in toilet in winter.

i have 1997 pontiac sunfire. 2.2l. doesn't cold , not start in winter unless plugged in on night. told check cold start valve , don't know located.
help!!!
