~*~ can paint matte paint on satin paint. guess the satin paint oil based , painted matte water based paint on it. anytime paint water based latex paint on oil based paint without primer risk peeling. should sand th peeling areas , try painting quality primer , repaint latex after that. if go paint store able show yo correct steps , paints use remedy situation.

anyway seems have put matt on satin , peeling off.
