Acquired a leased Subaru Impreza, couple worthwhile questions?

ok im sorry if long winded new owner of 2006 subaru impreza (hatchback).

here problems come in, did not maintain car @ all, there dents in more door panels, , scratches on front/rear bumper. made comment sounded "subaru makes panels 1 piece entire door needs replacing" <- true???

engine rattles lot!!! did not oil changes , think shifted 1,2,3,d if need new trans 1 (since there obvious neglect car on part)?

love mod cars, want later in life career, lease dont know can or cannot touch, please tell me if on list cannot done due lease/ warantee:

window tints (why bother if replace door?)
new deck / speakers/ subwoofers
neon underglow
k&n intake
exhaust (cut stock muffler , replace)
rims

b4 turn in return stock, have 2 more yrs
