Do I need liability Insurance?

if providing nanny services in client’s home, should not have requirement insurance. because considered domestic employee of family hiring you. can still professional liability policy if choose.

if providing service in own home, self employed , running child care service home. need general liability insurance policy. states have passed legislation requiring such insurance along licensing child care services.

i starting own nanny agency , wondering type of insurance need. answer hear liability insurance. however, since nanny's not working , contract signed both family , nanny, why need insurance? help!
