Car Paint Bumper Question?

paint stick paint underneath painting over. bumpers notorious paint peeling off of them because difficult prep. if paint on paint not adhering cause old paint lift off. should sand of paint off , of old paint well. once down plastic, can sure can prepare surface painting. need plastic adhesion promoter spray start. also, need flex additive clearcoat or single stage paint doesn't crack. don't know experience or knowledge of paint work is, there many things can go wrong. can professionally painted, may cost less money in long run vs. cost of continually buying paint , having not turn out right. if learning how paint cars hobby of yours, encourage talk works in shop pointers. car painting can fun, if wandering around in dark , guessing more frustrating fun. luck!
