Can dogs communicate with each other?

dogs communicate each other time through variety of ways. leave scent markers (urine) mark territory , tell other dogs are. smelling urine, dog can tell gender, age, health, etc. of other dog.

dogs communicate verbally. have different types of barks, growls, , howls. verbal cues used when far each other , need call others them, or when want warn others off of territory. dogs use combination of verbal , visual body cues let other dogs know intentions. use same language us, don't understand them. dog whispering mostly, not whispering rather more listening , understanding dog , trying tell us.

can dogs communicate each other, tell each other come window or something, in doggish sort of way? , can dogs fall in love each other? , please dont "yes, call puppy love!". i'm serious.
