Why does a simple aircraft is having red and green light at the end of wings??
these part of navigational lights, navigational lights include green on right wing, red on left wing, , white on tail.
purpose other aircraft determine relative movement of aircraft.
example: see red light @ night, means see left wing of aircraft. if see in front of flightpath, means plane crossing left.
vice versa true if see green light. if see white light only, looking @ tail (if ahead of you,he's flying away)
origin navigational lights in aviation go ships.
there other lights used "get plane noticed" in air called strobes, camera flashes
hope answers ;)
i notice aircraft having 2 lights red , green @ end of wings, why specific that? or other aircraft notice current aircraft.
