I joined a Genealogy Group but my name doesn't display above my email address within my group website. HELP

if added "nickname" yahoo public profile, display above email address when post messages on group. may not have added nickname profile. how add name want display on group's site when post messages there:

go http://my.yahoo.com , sign in.
click on "my account" near top of screen.
enter password again.
on far right side of page, click on "edit/create profiles."
near top of page, right of profile wish edit, click on "edit".
click on "edit profile information" tab.
in "nickname" field, type in name want appear on group's site.
scroll bottom of page , click on "save changes".

after doing above, when post messages, name displayed above email address.

how display name above email address since have joined group. did edit prorfile , name there doesn't display name.
