I'm having problems with my husband regarding financial matters. Need some advice...?

husband , have been married 9 years , have 2 beautiful children. beginning, have had financial problems. never pays bills on time, never have enough, if any, groceries in house. doesn't want , has told me 1 take care of everything-that job taking care of house , kids. every time have given him suggestions or opinions our financial situation, gets angry , starts freaking out. doesn't me telling him , doesn't take of advice because him demeaning because man , woman , don't know such matters. have felt never had voice in relationship...it's says , when doesn't or want me do, claws come out. had couple of jobs last year took buy groceries, made me late job , had quit(we share car). said job wasn't important because made more me , job provides income, whenever got paid measly $8/hr job, ask me bills. mom 1 buys children's' school supplies, clothes, coats, etc. every single year because doesn't have enough , not important him. because of this, have decided go school making me miserable...he doesn't want me go school...he wants me work full-time him bills. thing is...is doesn't want take care of kids (not says outright, makes lot of comments) he's falling asleep time when he's watching our little 1 2. don't want work full-time if children not going taken care of, changed or fed. also, don't want work , give him paycheck wants because disagree on how use money...i buy groceries , food our children...he says pay phone bill , cable , car. can cut down our phone service, can take out cable, doesn't want of that. wants wants. @ loss...i'm becoming depressed , don't know do. hates me , resents me because i'm not working full-time , i'm going school , using car...i use car drop off little 1 @ mom's house can watch while i'm @ school , mom gives me gas money can put gas used go school because complained that. it's getting unbearable. please don't give advice of sitting down , talking him because tired of doing , gets belligerent.
