step dad used own own small tattoo shop, ended closing it. uncle owns tattoo shop.. know alot tattoos.. time 8 able use tattoo gun, , know sterilization. i'm 16 now, , want tattoo.. neither step dad, or uncle willing give me tattoo want. , wondering if safe use razor, or sewing needle, , bic pen ink.. ive heard tonnes of stories.. , have seen tonnes of homemade tattoos.. , realize of them either fade, screwed up, or other random thing make messed up.. want know if safe use pen ink.
