if diesel dont worry about high mileage, check service history thoroughly!-cambelts should done @ least every 60,000 miles & services (oil/filter changes) every 10,000 @ least. if petrol, check had new spark plugs & ht leads inline servicing requirements!
vw make cars, why new beetle when have other more desirable models smaller price!?
diesels far better petrols, cheaper run to!
electrics can abit dodgy on earlier new beetles (same audi tt's) if been looked after & serviced well, should ok.
check see if there recalls model interested in, & if there sorted!

i consitering buying 2001 volkswagen new beetle gls. however, have heard year has been known having electrical , other problems. know this, or should watchout for?? car dark blue, auto, moonroof, power everything, price, lot of miles.
