Where is the Law ..that states we have to pay taxes on our wages ?
did know wrong?
there laws concerning income taxes , codified title 26 of u.s. code. title 26 known "prima facie" law or evidence of actual laws passed congress. can read title 26 @ http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/26/usc... or @ http://uscode.house.gov/download/title_2... or @ http://www.access.gpo.gov/uscode/title26...
read actual laws passed congress, have in u.s. statutes @ large. of these not available online. however, can read them @ federal depository libraries. http://www.gpoaccess.gov/libraries.html
in case don't think title 26 law, here courts have say...
in bilger v. united states, 87 aftr2d par. 2001-468, no. civ f 00-6486 oww jlo (u.s.d.c. e.d.ca. 1/9/2001), court stated, "in opposition, plaintiff asserts ‘title 26 u.s.c. (including section 6321) has not been enacted positive law, , not law, prima facie evidence of law.’ ... congress’ failure enact title positive law has evidentiary significance , not render underlying enactment invalid or unenforceable. see 1 u.s.c. section 204(a). ‘like or not, internal revenue code law’. [citations omitted] plaintiff’s positive law argument without merit."
if think wages not income because not gain, wrong. gain difference between amount sold , amount paid it. example, if find diamond ring in backyard worth $4,000 , sell neighbor $3,000, have $3,000 gain. paid nothing ring , sold $3,000. if neighbor sells ring jewelry store $3,500. neighbor has gain of $500 ($3,500 - $3,000). same labor. paid nothing labor. so, if sell labor employer $25 hour , work 40 hours, when paid work, have gain of $1,000.
here courts on issue.
in lucas v. earl, 281 u.s. 111, 114 (1930), court states, "there no doubt statute tax salaries earned them...."
in united states v. connor, 898 f.2d 942, 943-944 (3rd cir. 1990), court states, "every court has ever considered issue has unequivocally rejected argument wages not income."
face it. there law concerning income taxes , law states must pay taxes on our wages.
did know there no law.....thats right ! i.r.s. has no leagal right taking our money. there no law, .....how many of knew that?
