have 1985 nissan micra manual transmission. problem occuring intermittent. when shift 2nd or 4th lock me using 2nd, 4th or reverse, , makes impossible shift 1st, 3rd or 5th, if remain shifting 1st, 3rd , 5th , avoid 2nd , 4th never locks me out of other gears. once locks 2nd , 4th, typically way ever corrects either parking facing hill, hitting speed bump, or manually going under , wiggling bar comes shifter transmission. randomly unlock itself.
