Super dry skin.. aauurggh!?

have extremely dry skin on hands , feet so way moisturize them wrap them in saran wrap vaseline , prescription cream on them night, lasts couplke hours. try putting more cream on every hour or , have done doctor recomended nothing ever seems work, i´ve tried carrying spray bottle work me can hands damp before moisturizing, work @ office job , taking shoes , socks off out of question, having greasy hands handle documents , files regularly, keyboard, mouse, , laptop. i´ve tried keeping saran wrap on during work have found feet slide around in shoes , socks or rip , useless anyways. friend recomended latex gloves lotions , creams on inside, work in atmosphere cant wearing gloves (customers)
