LCD monitor not working. flashing power light?

have 2 year old sceptre x7g-naga 5 lcd monitor 1 day stooped working. no 1 hit it, wasn't dropped , no 1 spilled on it.
when plug in stays blank , power light flashes green , red. responds power button turning off flashing led. time time light turn on , screen go white , sit there.
help
