easy , quick way restore file , activity history system restore feature. since history saved windows registry, restoring previous state restore file , program history. revert computer desired date , enjoy restored history.

if user has used eraser track programs such ad-aware or spybot, method not work , need access lesser known log files windows keeps (the "index.dat" files). search "index.dat" on computer, need download super winspy view them.

if user has used advanced tools erase usage tracks, program logs, registry history , index.dat files such ccleaner restore more difficult. try using disk editor directly access hard disk sector, may not work if user has chosen "secure" delete option in ccleaner or has used programs such bcwipe.
