Basics of photography?

can't imagine better teach photography dad--and lessons free.

realize having camera (canon 20d) makes no difference if you're, in own word, clueless. first lesson has start basic.

did same friend & nephew , know how aperture relates depth of field (and on).

first day didn't use dslr. showed them nikon fm2 (which film camera--and it's manual camera--everything has set), , played whole day until learned controls , dials were.

can successful if both of (the teacher , student, mean) patience. if want know in 1 day--it's not going happen--and can't teach knows in 1 day either.

takes time (like learning how play piano)--but practice, you'll please results-in time.

does know site or learn from.
dads been photography whole life , been wearing out on me. im pretty clueless on things,but know little stuff.
