Is it legal to charge advertising fees from a renter if requested to vacate due to unemployment?

doesn't sound close being ethical. how can kick out because lost job. doesn't mean won't able new one. if parents lent money until got on feet.

whole thing sounds fishy me.

advertising fees part of them doing business; if kicked out brought upon have advertise. if weren't quick tell take hike wouldn't need reason advertise.

sounds though there below surface going on here , gather isn't legal or isn't on , up.

i'm being charged $450 in advertising fees deducted security deposit. property mangement facility terminated rental agreement because lost job. wasn't behind on rent. legal??
