put house on market in fall 1 realtor , 2 months listing decided keep house. mentioned there may advertising costs due @ time never followed up. listing expired called them , asked if owed , said no. decided put house on market different realtor , other 1 saying owe them advertising because didn't re-list them. can make me pay?
