should work free of charge. keep eye on coolant, possibly bag got caught underneath , melted cat. new subaru have been known leak oil gear box above cat

i have 05 subaru forester of sudden started smoking when turned off. smells burning rubber, coming out near catalytic converter. fluids normal, need add little coolant. no warning lights on , car running normally. ideas problem is?
