Where to find an acting agent in my area (New York)?

live in lower new york/ bronx , know find alot of agents here. somehow it's hard me find one.
looked google many time can't find real agents.

not have money travel on plane los ageles(california) , don't have car. can't offord acting lessons(that stuff ask fro much) had experience in past.(plays, drama acting...etc.)
