purchased home. entire upstairs painted latex paint in flat finish, not recommended bathrooms or other high humidity areas. there small cracks in paint in bathroom, right next shower. exhaust fan appears in working order.

question is: how treat cracking paint , re-paint bathroom? need sand whole room , apply primer? advice appreciated!
