no 1 instinctual knows how dance don't shy out there , copy others doing that;s way you'll learn if you're bit awkward have no idea natural rhythm is-we have some-perhaps laughs-never mind take natured , keep on dancing. can turn onto mtv or vh1 or country(don't know area school in) , watch of dance videos(rap videos-dancers pros , don't think schools allow tend n.... .) if can afford take dance lessons-you can find dance studios in yellow pages. long can shake , move little you'll ok. dancing great-frees body-so go out on dance floor , have fun dancing should letting body move music , having fun.
