although 3m makes myriad of products boat care, prefer starbrite deck , hull maintenance. since describe seems heavy chalk , oxidation, i'd go starbrite one-step cleaner wax , starbrite marine polish after using boatsoap wash vessel.

i'd extremely wary of using aggressive compound t-cut or rubbing/buffing/polishing compound can blast through gelcoat, creating whole new world of hurt you. i've seen done in our boatyard... not pretty.

we've 1980 aloha 27' , still looks great!
