Community theater about to close after 60 years! Help!!!!!?

our local community theater called emergency meeting discuss dissolving group after 60 years. there suggestions besides typical...radio, t.v. promotions? there sort of restructuring few years back, don't know dirty details why necessary, since group losing $$. being evicted our storage/rehearsal/acting class space....and lost money every production past season. our costs in terms of sets, props, etc. minimal...our biggest expense theater , storage space rental. small amount of $ town every year...@ $2,500, other there no major sponsors....we've tried 50/50's @ show, selling snacks, can't seem come fresh new ideas prevent our dilemma @ time.
