Do jets produce torque (in aircraft)?

think mean "torque steer" tendency aircraft counter-rotate torque created propeller.

simple answer: no

complex answer: fan produces thrust directly connected super-heated turbine rotates in same direction -- unlike propeller driven propulsion. theres no tendency twist prop driveshaft 1 direction, while thing holding driveshaft (the airplane - via engine , sort of transmission) twist opposite force. counter forces in jet due gyro forces, friction, , drag , not noticable in jet airplane.

obviously propellers do, , trim needed compensate. however, situation jet engines? produce torque? trim needed compensate? if so, how amount of torque compare engine of similar thrust?
