Why do my two male dogs constantly mount each other?

have 2 male dogs, 1 year , half, other on 2 years old. have habbit of jumping on each other , trying mount each other. don't stop there if 1 being mounted doesn't move right away other continues dogs when mounting. when outside , honest kind of wierds me out. wondering if should worried about..or if there way stop them doing because doesn't right knowing both male dogs.
