Should art be institutionalized ?

wow, know i've never thought of that. sounds me might true, asks question: art defineable? , dont think is. dont think can put qualifications on considered art , isnt because thats in eye of beholder. now, im not sure how taking art classes changes persons view of art , isnt art, wouldnt think limit persons perceptions of art is.

does institutionalization of art lessen it's meaning , value producing criteria-based artists?
