Printer wont print?? says "paper is jammed"?

ok have canon ip 1800..right im trying print stuff out everytime try, says paper jammed , wont let me.

dont know why says because printer doesnt have paper in , there no visible paper stuck..wtf think haunted lol

how print?

oh , tried "roller cleaning" option nothing seems work...
