Why wont netflix movies play on my cloned monitor?

gfx cards won't. if have multiple monitors on system, full motion video work on primary monitor. if @ multiple monitor setup each monitor has number.

full motion video work on monitor #1. can change cloned monitor #1 , video show there, no longer show on "main" montior.

true laptops tend have "weaker" gfx cards.

i have tv connected laptop via rca. have monitors setup clones works other videos play netflix movies show black or purple box no picture, browser window shows not movie.
