Why live in Canada and what part is the best?

live? live depend on city should move too. if live somewhere snows in winter , gets cold city good. if live somewhere snows , don't know "cold" means vancouver or victoria options.

snows in vancouver stays mild, going below 0c.
snows in victoria , if melts end of day. temps in winter 2 or 3c. dips below 0c.

parts of canada hot--toronto, winnipeg, ect. heat comes humidity , lots of mosquitoes. think 35c+.

vancouver/victoria hot, not hot. average summer temp 25c. "heat waves" of 30c happen once or twice in summer , last maybe week.

cons of living on west coast cost of living. expensive , housing ridiculously priced--renting or buying.

big pro universal health care, our taxes pay see doctor, go hospital. if live in recommend move here based on alone.

agree leon--calgary great! it's city that's cost affordable , it's not big. size. snows , cold in winter, not problem if can handle that.
