Problems Installing A Network Printer - PLEASE HELP!?

have xerox docuprint n4525 network printer, when trying install via ethernet connection can not print. plugged printer out linksys wireless n router gain access internet/network connection, tried installing on windows xp computer using our ip address, , when going through set-up got screen says problems finding printer , asks type of network card has after selecting right 1 claims installed , printed test page, noting, no printout.

after not working went on printer's print menu , printed out configuration sheet , has printer down different ip address, tried this, , no luck! after tried doing windows vista computer , same thing happens.

please help, need printer , running asap, , needs networked! please if describe how work.
