Microsoft Word: drawing tools and text within shapes?

display drawing toolbar (view | toolbars | drawing). on drawing toolbar, click on autoshapes | lines | freeform, , draw random shape.

on drawing toolbar, click on text box tool, , draw text box on top of random shape. type desired text text box. right-click on edge of text box, , left-click on format text box | colors , lines tab | fill color: none | line color: none | ok.

if desired, can group random shape , text box clicking on one, shift-clicking on other, right-clicking on either object, , left-clicking on grouping | group.
