have gottan tattoo week ago on leg, started use tattoo goo on , ankle sweeled, , friends (who have more 1 tattoo) told me use , d lotion, started form rash around it. notice rash around have yellow colored spot tattooed me has little red dots in it. rest of tattoo healing nice, flaking , all, i'm still worried little red dots on gold coin in tattoo, tattoo ruined or dots go away?
