Insurance Claim after accident?

hi all,

have below situation.

1. had small accident ran stop sign , hit car right.
2. cop gave me ticket judged guilty
3. had full coverage insurance, asked other person claim insurance.
4. have not claimed insurance , got vehicle fixed. still have claim open in insurance company.

questions
1. if go , claim insurance car, come in carfax?
2. since claim has made other person's car on policy, history refleted in carfax? understnad might reflect through police report question specific insurance claim.
