have 2002 mazda protege 5 115,000 miles on it. brought mechanic timing belt fixed ($500)...he told me passenger side axle boot ripped , leaking oil car (joints , new alternator bought month ago...$600)...aside this, have laundry list of other things need fixed along maintenance schedule....my front brakes ($250), tune ($400) , axle boot ($330).

question this....is worth getting car fixed @ point, or should in market new car??
