Has anyone used chalkboard paint?

love chalk board paint. problem is, if don't clean soap , water, leaves layer of wiped chalk on it, making kids miserable, because can't clean picture. make sure put enough coats able wash well. it's fun, , have never heard of magnetic paint, sounds fun. have try it. luck

hey, i'm thinking of getting chalkboard paint , magnetic paint , paint side of dresser, has 1 used product , successful? suggestions out??
