1996 Pontiac Bonneville stalling issue?

started working on 1996 pontiac bonneville 3.8l vin k engine. initial problem customer said stalled , wouldnt start again until few hours later. battery connections good. hooked tech-2 scan-tool , found ignition voltage around 13.7 volts. me low , not operating @ normal range. checked probing pcm. battery voltage @ pcm @ 14.1 volts. car starts fine , runs fine me, customer said stall out. after stalled windows , power door locks wouldnt work either, radio would. im starting wonder if problem in anti-theft system, pass-lock 1. wouldnt explain why windows , doors arnt working. tips help
