What would the commute be like if one lived in Fullerton CA and worked in Riverside CA?

it's better go fullerton riverside other way around. hundreds of thousands of people go inland empire orange , los angeles counties every morning. way fewer go other way. being said, traffic getting worse time. problem have pass 241 toll road if take 91, , thousands of cars dump off highway on both directions of 91, east , west.

i know lot of people reverse commute (live in riverside , commute orange county). reverse like? there still bad traffic? thoughts , information appreciated.
