How do you override a 2002 Toyota Camry's automatic engine immobilizer system?

here's happened. talking friend hour radio on (the engine off, ignition key in acc slot - radio on) when turn key restart car, alarm went off. got out of car, unlocked, relocked wireless remote, , alarm stopped. when tried start car, gave no response. dashboard lit up.

read manuel , thought sounded somehow enabled engine immobilizer system. tried doing little things red alarm button wheel (tried "manuel valet parking override") sets alarm off same result above. ideas on how fix this? or know official toyota phone number call this? thanks!
