* simply: relationship between part , whole. (ex: hand size in relationship body. note: different scale.)

rhythm--
* dictionary: patterned repetition of motif, formal element, etc., @ regular or irregular intervals in same or modified form.
* simply: repetition of elements set sense of visual movement.

emphasis--
* dictionary: special forcefulness of expression gives importance singled out; stress
* simply: stress or bring stress part of art work. (ex: outlining part of drawing thicker line others. note: focal point)
