Is there any way to write off commuting miles?

unfortunatly have been forced take job 90 miles home. have drive , forth every day (just 2 days week). not considered self employed, , employer offering no compensation driving time or mileage.

there anyway claim mileage (or other deduction) on taxes? pretty sure can't claim commuting miles, thought maybe know loophole. sure since in cali , gas 5.00 gallon!
