I have an '01 Pontiac Aztek, tail/running lights don't work, brake and blinkers work fine.?

have 2001 pontiac aztek - recently, i've had electrical problems fuses kept blowing. because of touching wires. these wires have since been repaired. tail lights still not work. brake lights , blinkers work fine - tail lights , yellow lights on front don't run @ night, when headlights on.

know bulb - it's not. it's 4 lights , i've checked bulbs, they're good. relay , fuses connect them good. got ticket other night no tail lights , need help. needs fixed asap. think should manually trace , check wires lights, see if may have melted well, i'm not sure start/end.

please god me.
