Does anyone know the customer service number for Cyberhome?

have cyberhome dvr1200 dvd recorder. bought around christmas time. 3 or 4 months ago, started give me trouble woudent play disks. cant hardly play anything. says no disk. when put in blank disk try record, says no disk. once in while if mess , try 20 or 30 times might play. has anyonelse had problem? have everwhere customer service no. on internet including web site , cant find no. please todd
