Describe the duties of a family service cordinator?

family service coordinator person whom works within organization liason between it's varying providers , families require it's services.

instance in organization respite provider. services contracted out service provider has tabled discussion family. family has sat in on discussion members of organization following departments; nursing staff, psychologist, job coach (possibly), special edudation teacher ( phyisical or mental issues), respite provider and/or supported living specialist(this person provide family needed breaks during day or night),

sampling of family service coordinator provide. coordinator combines these services family based on needs of family state , families financial picture provides per hour, services coordinated, on semi-anual basis make things run smoothly.
