What do you think of this sculpture?

work in first pic visually arresting - series of circular forms constructed granite ? / slate? bringing mind organic forms, egyptian hero says - turds, insect mountains, termite hills, wasp nests - scaled - , human constructions - tumuli, burial mounds, drinking wells, ancient settlements - scaled down.

pattern , texture of shapes fascinating - blue-black gives them (in photo) oily look. holes in centre of mounds draw 1 in - signs of insects working, or insects have left (small scale) and, on level of human construction (grand scale) i'm reminded of forms seen @ great zimbabwe.

second pic reminds me of beehive, nesting pocket bird, , recalls, more forcibly me, great enclosure @ great zimbabwe - mysterious granite tower meaning no-one has (recently) divined.
