I worked in New Zealand for 6 months and paid taxes there. Do I need to pay US taxes to. Where do I enter it

well, kinda depends. u.s. citizen or permanent resident? if so, yes, pay u.s. income taxes on world-wide income. foreign income tax credit (report on line 51 of form 1040, plus maybe form 1116).

if you're not permanent resident or u.s. citizen, may not have pay u.s. income taxes on world-wide income. if you're not citizen or permanent resident, you're considered resident alien if in u.s. more 183 days in 2007. if you're not of above (citizen, green card holder, or 183 days in u.s.), pay u.s. income taxes on income earned in united states.

do include taxes paid tax credit?
