How do I network a printer?

have network settings , can print computer, , sister can print when computer turned on. printer connected wireless linksys router: wrt54g. have ip address inputed correctly in tc/ip protocol crap in printer properties in windows xp computer.

problem is: want sister able print printer if computer turned off. there anyway sister can this?

printer: brother mfc 420-cn
computer: dell dimension 1100 windows xp-service pack 3
sisters computer: emachines windows xp-service pack 2
