i'm not a&p, if created non-certificated engine & installed production (piper) aircraft (would own plane), next faa let me fly both ifr & vfr, time of day, , non-commercially? type of airworthiness certificate need? imagine i'd need supplemental type certificate? how approvals, a/w, , type certicates cost?
