Ebay Scam for Mazda RX8?????

hi, found mazda rx8 on autotrader. turns out in montana , guy selling on ebay. think scam or no?

selling car because unit sent iraq.i have no use car anyway,due job.the price low because need sell before oct 25th. car in great condition , runs great. have clean title ready signed. car has no electrical or mechanical problems.it still available sale if interested, price stated in ad.the car in billings, mt; in case gets sold take care of shipping. let me know if interested, email back.

thank reply.yes price $4700.i ship das. think can have there in 5-7 working days. take care of shipping charges told in first email. come clear title , reg. member of ebay buyer protection program , using service 3 days testing period after delivery. during 3 days testing period not getting money. need know if interested can ask ebay send details on deal. if interested please include in next email contact info ebay (name, address , phone number), can ball rolling.
